How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product.
Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart"
button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done
shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the
"Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

Welcome to The Fine China Store! We sell Royal Doulton, Royal Albert, Lenox and Ambiance fine china and dinnerware. We also carry Royal Doulton, Royal Albert, San Francisco Music Box, Lenox , Disney and other popular figurines and collectibles.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship most domestic shipments via FedEx and all international shipments via the United States Post Office. All shipments will be made within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving complete payment. If you purchase multiple items from us and we can combine the items for shipping you will receive a discount on shipping charges.
International Buyers - Please note that buyers outside the USA may have to pay import duties/fees/taxes on items purchased. This charge is between the buyer and their government. We have no way of determining what your government is going to charge you. A good place to inquire before buying is your local post office as they usually know what the rates/fees are. Due to legal/accounting and insurance reasons we CANNOT mark items you purchase from us a gifts or a reduced value to avoid paying import duties/fees/taxes. Please note that all international payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). If you use PayPal, PayPal will automatically make the conversion for you.

What is your Return Policy?
In the unlikely event that the item is defective or not as described please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to start the return process. Once the item is received back we will provide a full refund.
If you would like to return your item for any other reason please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We accept returns on the condition that the item is received back to us in the condition we originally shipped it. We will then give a refund minus the shipping costs.
