All items sold are Brand New and first quality. All products are purchased through wholesale accounts with the manufacturer of the product.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship domestic shipments via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Other Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. Other Express Shipping is 3-5 Business days. All International shipments via the United States Post Office. All shipments will be made within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving complete payment. If you purchase multiple items from us and we can combine the items for shipping you will receive a discount on shipping charges. This discount is automatically calculated when you checkout. International Buyers - Please note that buyers outside the USA may have to pay import duties/fees/taxes on items purchased. This charge is between the buyer and their government. We have no way of determining what your government is going to charge you. A good place to inquire before buying is your local post office as they usually know what the rates/fees are. Due to legal/accounting and insurance reasons we CANNOT mark items you purchase from us a gifts or a reduced value to avoid paying import duties/fees/taxes. Please note that all international payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD). If you use PayPal, PayPal will automatically make the conversion for you.

What is your Return Policy?
In the event that the item is defective or not as described please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item to start the return process. Once the item is received back we will provide a full refund.
